Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zeno at zenocourse.com and the Zeno app. By using Zeno you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Give accurate information and don’t share your account.

2. What Zeno is

Zeno is a platform for practising languages: live voice Spaces with other users, messaging, an AI English tutor, Voice Mode and study tools. AI replies and corrections are generated automatically and can be wrong — use your own judgement.

3. Prohibited content and behaviour

Zeno is a place to learn and talk respectfully. You must not post, say, share or do any of the following:

• Sexual content, nudity or sexual advances towards other users.
• Anything involving or sexualising minors.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking or encouraging self-harm or violence.
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
• Spam, scams, advertising, or asking users for money.
• Sharing someone else’s personal information, or recording people without their consent.
• Impersonating others, illegal activity, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Interfering with the service: hacking, automated scraping, bots or disrupting Spaces.

You can report or block any participant from their menu in a Space; we review reports. Blocking someone stops them from messaging you, following you, sending you requests and joining the same Space as you — you can unblock them anytime from Menu → Blocked users.

Hosts and moderators may mute or remove people from Spaces. We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and what is included are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.

5. Advertising

Zeno may show ads from Google AdSense and other partners on some pages. Ads are never shown during live calls or Voice Mode. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. You give Zeno permission to host, transmit and display it as needed to operate the service. Zeno’s name, design and software belong to us.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Zeno is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for what other users say or do. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Zeno at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal or security reasons.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
